We have Flexible purchase options. Our SMALL GROUP licenses allows you to have upto 12 players live and playing in an active round. An additional license can be purchased and added to the current round from inside the ROUND START screen, if you have more than 12 players. If the players on a day go beyond 48 players we recommend upgrading to the LARGE Group version. NOTE: this applies to number of players playing ON THE DAY. When you purchase ANY License option you get the ability to add as MANY TOTAL members to your golf group roster as you like. The licensing only controls the number of players alloweed at any ONE TIME in a ROUND.

Yes, absolutely. Goto the Admin Panel: and History. Select the players name, edit the holes and all the player's rounds and scores will be available. In our Tour Version you can go down to the HOLE level and edit, while in our Group Version you can edit the end of round totals.

If after running your configuration setup after purchase, prior to provisioning, and once the app is live, you decide you want to change the logo, you can do so. Go to: Admin Panel, General, and change the logo.

Yes it does. The administrator can go to the Admin panel, enable the Clubhouse Leaderboard, and provide the code for display on a screen. Setup the TV with any device that can show an HTML URL. Some SMART TV's can do this and allow you to enter a browser directly. In the Admin panel the FULL URL will be available with the TV passcode.
